Shatter explores the tension between idealized form and the fractured realities of human experience. The CorTen steel exteriors evoke Euclidean geometry, rigorous, mathematical, seemingly immutable. These flawless surfaces project an image of stability and perfection. In contrast, the interiors reveal ruptures: breaks, tears, and scars rendered in polished stainless steel. These reflective fissures transform the interior space into a mirror, confronting viewers with fragmented images of themselves. The work suggests that beauty does not reside in external perfection, but in the complex, often chaotic interior landscapes that these polished breaks reveal, an allegory of the human condition.
